BOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A worldwide company, Tier 1 supplier for in the automotive industry serving high end automotive OEMs.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Foshan, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Purchasing Director
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Sourcing for components, electronic, assembling, injection, stamping, lamp, leds etc. for development and serial product
+ Negotiation all time for better price
+ Responsible for supplier assessment (price, quality and delivery)
+ Contract negotiation (quality level and target, price target, delivery on time)
+ Realize process audit
+ Management of subordination
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree, Molding or Mechanical Engineering Background is preferred
+ 8 years purchasing experience and at least 3 years managerial experience
+ Experienced in program management or supplier management/negotiation
+ Working experienced in automobile industry and familiar with TS16949
+ Good knowledge in mold and molding parameter is preferred
+ Good interpersonal communication skills
+ Fluent in spoken English
