马衡达公司 华为项目： 区域IT -----ihelp 运维技术支持岗位

1、60秒内要响应，实行三班倒。

2、人员投入尽量同一班次安排2人在场做替换（如一人去厕所，另一人接替），做到60s内响应，要设置专职坐席2人。

3、坐席人员多数要做的事是将问题传达给产品团队，但也可以积累知识并学习，记录checklist，做到简单的问题可以自行答复，每日把问题反馈给负责人。

任职要求：全日制大专或者以上学历，要有毕业证，学信网可以查的，身体好，接受二班倒制度，能上夜班；二班具体时间段：8：00-19：00；19：00-8：00，工作4天休息4天，早晚班轮流上。

福利待遇: 全额购买五险一金，外加商业保险，试用期发100%薪资，年底双薪。
