职位描述
Objectives of the position:
1.Business development for the new color and new plant with SGM ME, commercial support and TC.
2.Establish the regular communication with the SGM purchursing department.
3.Exchange the commcial and new technical information & knowladge with US and Germany.
4.Coordination of the project in BSC and the customer side.
Main tasks:
1.Collect market intelligence on assigned accounts and support the strategy formulation.
2.Collect the SGM and GM market and purchursing trend.
3.Maintain the relationship with SGM purchursing department.
4.Implementation of account strategy in coordination with Group Management.
5.Monitor the net sales, volume and CM with commercial support and report to the account team.
6.Coordinate the account team strategy to increase the margin.
7.Coordinate the Material forecasts (incl. imports and local production) to ensure DIV.
8.Set up the communication channel with US and Germany and join the regular global GM account meeting.
9.Prepare the new quotation and RFQ and participate in price negotiations.
10.Coordinate with TC and TS for the new color development, when it need the global support.
11.Work out OP primary version with the commercial surport.
12.Project leader/member for the project in BSC and the customer side.
Requirements:
1.Education:Bachelor Education, prefer chemisty and MBA, Ph.D.
2.Wroking experience:Experience in technical service management and business developmment, prefer >5 years and coating experience.
3.Knowledge about product adaptation and coating.
4.Commercial knowledge and experience needed to ensure economical corporate development.
5.Knowledge about BASF's global strategies and marketing tools.
6.Management competence and leadership skills.
7.Social competence in dealing with intercultural issues and capability to cooperate in teams.
8.Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
