Key Responsibilities:

? Develop product and sales skills content that will be used by internal salespeople and external resellers, on both desktop and mobile platforms

? Collaborate with content developers, training managers, and subject matter experts to analyze and assess all learning needs

? Design game-based activities that support learning objectives

? Develop courses with gamification elements to drive user engagement and enhance learning

? Adapt official product-launch documentation to learner-centric format

? Research and analyze new sales training methods to determine usability in future sales training programs.

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or 5 years related work experience.

? Fluency in English is required (written and spoken)

? Additional language fluency a plus, with a focus on Chinese, Japanese

? Knowledge of adult learning and how games support the learning process

? Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Saba)

? MS Office (PowerPoint) and iWork (Keynote) platforms

? HTML and HTML5 knowledge preferred

? Video editing skills with iVideo or Camtasia video
