岗位职责:

Independently execute training plans with the best quality, best service and within budget.

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
1. Independently and effectively organize training sessions from training nomination, training enrollment, training resources coordination, training facilitation, training feedback, training follow up actions, training records maintenance to training materials filing
2. Make sure the training plan is executed on time and within budget
3. Collect training vendor, training programs information in the market and recommend to L&D manager
4. Collect training needs from existing sources
5. Optimize current training related processes

任职资格:

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree in relevant major
2. Minimum of 1 year relevant experiences in supervisor level in multi-national companies. Experience in FMCG companies is a must
3. Result oriented
4. Good at planning and logic thinking
5. Strong customer focus and have business sense
6. Great team player
7. Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral
