l MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist sales department to sales system maintenance. Assist sales operation manager to manage counter stock and products. Follow up the preparation before new doors opening. Coordinate the relationship of different department.
l PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
Accountabilities:
? Sales system maintenance
2 Collect and prepare all kinds of sales reports weekly and monthly
2 Communicate information with sales personnel weekly and monthly
2 Draft sales memo & sales notice on POS
Based on the requirements of the sales department, draft the sales memo & notice and post it on POS.
2 Draft the reports of sales meeting & brand meeting monthly
Prepare PPT of sales department;
2 Coordinate the relationship of sales department
With the guidance of SOP manager, complete business review.

? New door preparation
2 Update new door information checking list regularly
2 Confirm new door open date with regional sales team and collect PRF form from them
2 Fill in shopping cart and apply POS, mobile phone and fax machine for new door and follow up
2 Assist regional sales team to place first order and tester order before door opening
? Coordinate the relationship of different brand department and manage the stock relevant
2 Monitor counter stock and stock structure regularly
2 Monitor stock preparation status before GWP promotion
2 Follow up new product allocation order and tracking the order status
2 Monitor the stock of new products and existing/discontinued products when new product launch
2 In charge of non-saleable products stock adjustment in system
2 In charge of annual return, draft the whole return process and communicated with regional sales team. Coordinate with AS to arrange the program and tracking the result
2 BA conference gift preparation
? Assisting sales team to check counter SOP and help to training BA
? Assisting sales operation manager to tracking tester orders and control the expense
