Major Responsibilities:

    

1.      Develop Merchandising Calendar according to Marketing Calendar, arrange production and distribution of monthly counter merchandising collaterals to each counter

    

    

2.      Prepare Merchandising Guideline for each counter, provide training (both classroom and on-counter training) to ensure exact execution.

    

    

3.      Develop and implement impact visual merchandising in support of the brand visibility and product promotions.

    

    

4.      Ensure timely dispatch of collateral, marketing and promotion materials in support of marketing activities.

    

    

5.      Responsible for all counters’ visual merchandising management and develop visual merchandising guidelines for all promotion activities and new product launches.

    

    

6.      Coordinate with retailers, suppliers and other partners on execution of special events, outpost, new counter installation and other promotion activities

    

    

7.      Assist in new door opening planning for store designs and displays.

    

    

8.      Liaison with graphic houses, contractors, designers, printers, and other suppliers in the production of collateral material and visual merchandising materials as directed by Marketing Manager.

    

    

9.      Visit all counters on frequent basis to ensure that all aspects of merchandising, displays and counter appearance are in line with the brand’s image and marketing focus

    

    

10.   Competitor Tracking.

    

    

11.   Budget monitoring and control

    

    

Qualifications:

    

1.     Education:

    

Bachelor degree

    

2.     Work Experience:

    

2+ years experience in Vm or art design

    

    

Required Background Characteristics

    

    

    

Fluent English & Chinese

    

    

Good communication skills and team work spirit

    

    

Hard working and willingness to take additional responsibilities
