PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES: 
1. Co-work with product management team and sales department for new launch plan and promotion program.
2. Define promotion strategy to meet overall budget and specific regional business objectives.
3. Sephora animation application to fit with annual promotion plan.
4. Monitor the execution of annual promotion plans and resources allocation.
5. Evaluate and analyze promotion result, work out future action plans.
6. Co-work with VM/agency to ensure strong brand visibility for in Sephora offline & online.
7. Close tracking of sell-in, sell-through sales and make sure stock/MOC in a healthy level.
8. Support training team for FC and Sephora BA engagement / training program.
9. Well monitor the result of all marketing plan (product, promotion, and merchandising) and feedback to brand team.
10. Maintain customer relationship with Sephora offline/online, ADF wholesaler and retailers.
11. Submit all payment requests in time. Track the balance of spending and budget monthly.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1. Understand market situation : 
· Regularly integrate sale data including competitors information 
· Deliver insightful POS / category / products analysis to understand shoppers behavior of each channel.
2. Marketing Implementing-coordinate between brand, sales team and key retailer (Sephora).
· Annually make the promotion calendar align with brand’s marketing as well as the budget 
· Timely implementing all marketing program like new launch, promotion plan including GWP / Value set 
· Timely updating the merchandising initiatives by well coordinating brand, VM and Sephora
3. ADF business management by well coordinating key wholesalers and retailers.

任职要求：
Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
Work Experience: 5 years+ trade marketing experience 
Required Background Characteristics: 
Cosmetic background is preferred
Experience / Knowledge about Sephora channel is preferred 
Act collaboratively, good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strategic agility
Good sense of service and responsibilities.
Open-minded, innovative thinker, and be organized
Be accountable for results, strong time management. 
Good in numerical and analytical ability
