Job Responsibility:
Working closely with the UEnS food team leader based in Shanghai. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities associated with the design, construction, and commissioning of UEnS food plant projects. Ensures that goals or objectives of project are safely accomplished within prescribed time, quality. Works with the food team leader to:
1.Support the site study, study feasibility of new process technology on current production line give inputs to the plant projects.
2.Develop the project plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, resources to various phases of project.
3.Develop a project safety plan to prevent injuries to all participants of the project during project execution. 4.Evaluate project benefit/risk assessment.
5.Direct and coordinate activities of project in Conghua, Shandong, Jinshan food plant. Ensure the project progresses on schedule.
6.Develops status reports for each project. Capex forecast monthly review.
7.Monitor the project quality.
8.Working with the plant management team and procurement function team.

Job Requirement:
•University Degree or higher is essential at Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
•This individual should have good understanding of Foods technology, hands on project delivery experience- preferably 5-10yr experience
•This individual is able to understand, read, write and speak English (less capability in speaking is okay).
•Prior management and supervisory project experience in a food manufacturing environment.
•Familiar with project management tools (focus).
•Good skill in computer application software, Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Solidworks and Microsoft Project etc.
•Knowledge of general machinery/electrical in food plant.
•Knowledge of making and packing machine in general food manufacturing plant.
•Basic knowledge of SHE
•Familiar the technical part of the basic design, preliminary design, detail design of the project.
•Strong knowledge of hygiene design / sauce and powder techniques.
•8 years overall manufacturing experience including 5 years experience in managing capital projects
