This position provides direct contract management services to Nalco Water Division, specially sales team including Corporate Account Managers (“CAM”) and Regional VP. Besides spending majority of time on customer-facing contract support matters, this position also maintains the approval and management process of the distributor & EPC contractors and serves as a key extended arm of internal control processes. This position directly reports to the Commercial Finance CoE Manager and takes functional directions from Corporate Legal Counsel and GM.
【What You Will Do:】
?Contract review & red-lining (some contracts received are non-standard or customer template)
?Work with Sales to discuss and address open/red-lined points, involve Attorney as needed
?Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages and resolve contract dispute for existing contracts
?Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization, carry out business risk assessment and advise corporate legal counsel and GM
?Contract Administration
?Conduct periodical T&C template upgrade and train sales
?Facilitate FCPA intermediary approval process (Quarterly EDD Review, 3-year FCPA approval renewal, certificate and distributor agreement renewal)

职位要求：
?Bachelor’s degree in law
?3+ years contract review experience as in-house or firm paralegal or legal specialist
?Excellent English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
?High ethical standards, possesses a high level of integrity, no compromise on core values
?Self-starter, responsive, organized and is comfortable working under pressure
?Assertive and yet pragmatic, be able to spot major deviations to key corporate terms and prompt business to address with customer or apply exception approval to ensure compliance
?Attention to detail and possesses the ability to quickly and accurately comprehend contract languages to spot errors and highlight material inconsistencies
?Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify key business issues.
?Strong written and verbal communication skills
?Technical skill set including Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point, SAP helpful
