工作职责:

As the Senior Merchandiser, you have ownership over executing and securing the merchandising workflow for Home Lights and Furniture products, ensuring delivery of the best customer offer

Of course, you can’t do all this by yourself! There’s a great team of people that you will manage directly and collaborate with, both locally and internationally. They will share the H&M values and ambition and help you achieve your goals. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will interact primarily with our Buying Office, Global Purchasing, Supply Chain Organization and other external stakeholders.

Who are you?

The person we are looking for is a leader with the ability to motivate the team to reach shared goals. In this role you must act as a true H&M leader by being a role model of H&M’s leadership expectations and by focusing on developing your people. Remember, you will not reach your goals by taking care of the operational work directly, you will do so by taking care of your team.

We will prioritize people who have prior knowledge of the same product group. Communication skills will be key as the role works across the organization and you will need to build relationships globally across Production, Global Purchasing and Buying Office.
