Main Responsibilities

>          Manage training team’s monthly training sessiondelivery schedule.

>          Develop and updateregularly training curriculum and content.

>          Train the trainers, enhancein-house expertise and training capability by leading the training team,especially in the areas such as sleeping expertise and retail operationability.

>          Develop training scorecardto measure success of training implementation including but not limited toknowledge retention, quality scores, average handle time, etc.

>          Act as the key speaker inimportant affairs, conferences, customer events, etc..

>          End-to-end jobresponsibilities may include writing project plans and implement trainings.

>           Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen theCompany’s relations and professional standing with key opinion leaders as aninnovation and technology leader.

>          Support Marketing tosharpen competitive selling tools by translation of product technical featuresinto user benefits.

Qualifications

>           Colleague or above

>           Durable consumer goodsexperience best 

>          Strong management skills

>          Good presentation andcommunication skills, fluent in Chinese. English is nice to have.

>           Strong ppt skills

>        Self-motivated, proactiveand result driven.

>        Self-driven in a proactivemanner and with good follow-up abilities

>        Strong leadership andwilling to take responsibility

>        Ability to manage multipletasks simultaneously

>        Strong influence abilitiesand high level of integrity

>        Demonstrated leadershipability and good people skills
