ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is a Hong Kong-headquartered multinational group and recognized as the world's leader in consumer goods design, development, sourcing and distribution.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China
Reporting to:
Division Manager
Travelling:
Rarely
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Be responsible for sourcing of materials, factories
+ Manage product development
+ Work on costing and price negotiation
+ Order allocation and manage T&A
+ Liaise between customer, factory and various internal departments
Requirements:
+ University graduate or equivalent
+ 10 years work experience in outerwear, technical wear and ski wear
+ Experience in both trading company and factory.
+ At least 3 years experience as merchandising manager or senior merchandiser
+ Knowledge of European outerwear business & discount stores in Germany/ EEC
+ Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
+ Good written and oral English
