Essential Responsibilities
• Design products of pressure sensor and instrument for aerospace and industrial market.
• Customer facing engineering to influence customer requirement by introducing technical guidance and best practice.
• Follow product requirement, define engineering specification and lead technical response matrix.
• Generate design concept, drive project execution and pass design reviews to meet project schedule; conduct engineering calculation.
• Work with global/local engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Electrical lead from system point of view.
• Co-work with cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Sourcing and Quality).
• Test prototype to verify design, handle venders and do inspection.
• Provide coaching to the electrical engineers for the electrical design on the P&L.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or upward qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
• Familiarity with electrical design, test and analysis tools and systems.
• Familiarity with hardware debugging at board level using oscilloscope, bus analyzers, digital multimeter, etc.
• Familiarity with schematic capture software such as PADS, Cadence, Protel Altium, etc.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• PC proficiency - Standard office abilities, e.g. web, word processing, and electronic spreadsheet / presentation skills.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience within a similar, high variety, electro-mechanical environment.
• Domain expert – deep technical knowledge of pressure sensor and instrumentation for airborne, flight testing and ground testing application within Aerospace market.
• Familiar with aerospace technical regulation and standard.
• Ability to generate technical response matrix for customer requirements.
• Ability to perform engineering analysis and design, to develop engineering solutions in a team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong customer mindset.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Mature self-starter – able to work with minimal supervision.
