Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Identifying current and future customers (in a specified sales region) who could benefit from our products & solutions by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements
+ Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers and organizing your sales visit schedule
+ Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating our unique value propositions which lead to performance improvements
+ Managing and interpreting customer requirements
+ Persuading customers that our products & solutions will best satisfy their needs in terms of performance, quality, price and delivery
+ Calculating customer quotations
+ Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet customer and company needs
+ Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
+ Administering customer accounts
+ Analysing costs and sales
+ Preparing reports for your sales manager
+ Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
+ Recording and maintaining customer, market and competitor information in Salesforce.com (CRM system)
+ Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
+ Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
+ Liaising with other members of the sales team, internal sales and the application engineering department
+ Solving customer problems
+ Able to travel throughout sales territory
+ Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
+ A basic technical background in the field of electro-hydraulic and electro-pneumatic products and solutions
+ Min of 2 years of industrial field sales experience
+ Solid market and customer knowledge in the relevant business segments defined
+ Sound judgement and good business sense
+ The ability to build relationships with customers quickly
+ Analytically and problem-solving skills
+ Team working ability
+ Native Chinese speaker
+ Working level English is required
+ Willing to travel extensively within China
