Essential Responsibilities
• Coordinate with all product line engineering teams to ensure NPI, requisitions flawless program execution.
• Coordinate with all product line engineering teams to drive full ownership of product life-cycle management.
• Drive the entire organization to build up the "Stop, Fix and Go" Quality culture. Utilize the quality metrics, such as FPY, ECR/ECO, CIR, NCA/RCA, CAPA, audit findings, to analyze, identify and implement opportunities for the continuous improvement of the organization.
• Maintain the engineering yield rate & vouching delinquency performance to meet target. Work with consulting engineer to seek every opportunity to automate Engineering design processes and utilize tools to improve productivity.
• Lead biweekly Engineering operating review within the China organization.
• Proactively tie up with the global operations team to align operating imperatives, share best practices and drive engineering processes optimization.

Role Summary/Purpose
The M&C China engineering operations leader is responsible for overall China engineering operating metrics, including: engineering productivity, quality, OTD, financials, HSE, etc., and lead internal communications and operating reviews. Operations leader need to take proactive actions to ensure Engineering China Team's operation compliance, financial budget, operational productivity & engineering effectiveness meet target.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Engineering background with minimum 5 years engineering/project management experience
• Strong leadership and influence competency with proven record
• Ability to drive highly visible and impactful initiatives
• Energetic, strong communicator, capable of driving consensus.
• Self-starter and ability to execute with limited supervision
• Green Belt Certified (GE Employees only), BB Certified would be a plus
