Essential Responsibilities
- NPI Program management in development of pressure sensor and instrument for GE Measurement and Controls M&S business.
- Manage all CPO programs’ schedule and NPI programs through the tollgate process in coordination with cross functional team in both domestic and international – Product line, quality, manufacturing, sourcing, commercial, finance, EHS etc to understand CTQ, design requirements, and seek out the opportunity for improving productivity.
- Own and manage all technical documentation including product specifications.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or upward of Engineering related discipline, Electrical/Mechanical/Software
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience on industrial products and processes.
- Familiar with Microsoft Project Management software.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Engineering for instrument market or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively both in written and oral English in a global team.
- Proven analytical skill set and strategic mindset.
- Proven communication skills & confidence with executive presentations.
- Proven ability to drive projects to closure in a heavily matrixed and global environment
- Self motivate and capable of working independently on extended assignments

Desired Characteristics
- Knowledge of pressure sensor technology
- Six - Sigma Green Belt Certified (GE Employees)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified is plus
