Essential Responsibilities
- Support team leader to oversee controllership delivery model transformation
- In-charge China DTDF accounting operation and intercom settlement process
- Lead special projects, i.e. LE liquidation, biz finance/accounting process simplification and improvement
- Prepare finance data and document for tax purpose
- Monthly/ quarterly closing and related review preparation, subledger quality monitoring
- Account rec review & open item resolution
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, minimum of 3~4 years of experience in a finance position (accounting / controllership)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results within time constraints
• Team player
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Desired Characteristics
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• ERP experience and certain level of tax knowledge
• Experience with project management
