DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Leading international providers in the industry of building materials
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Tianjin, China
Reporting to:
Area Sales Manager
Travelling:
About 40% to 50%
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Construction accessories products sales for north area markets
+ Participate to plan and implement sales activities to achieve the sales targets
+ Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop more potential customers
+ Promote the company's new products to applied more wider area
+ Develop distribution channel
+ Finish related sales report
+ Collect and analyze the competitive markets
+ Finish the related work which the manager arranged
Requirements:
+ At least college education, major in civil/ mechanical engineering preferred
+ 3 to 5 years of sales experience in similar industry
+ Ability to work under pressure, self-driven, results-oriented
+ Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel within
+ Good customer care skills
+ Good presentation skills
+ Excellent communication skills
+ English preferred, but no a must-have requirement
