职位描述
Responsibilities: Service provider need to provide retrofit coordination services, including but not limited to following items.
‐ Retrofit project overview management and review the project status systemically
‐ Outsourcing coordination (e.g. BBAC, Dealer etc.)
‐ Organize retrofit meeting for all relevant topics
‐ Spare parts inbound/outbound
‐ Work order customer satisfaction management
‐ Parts ordering and real‐time monitoring on order status
‐ Maintain PiT system and review/ distribute/ release work orders
‐ Internal communication with preparation and workshop coordinator
‐ Workload concept analysis
‐ Support for all retrofit project and team related topics and issues
‐ Support to optimize workshop process
Deliverables:‐ Complete and up to date project overview
‐ Meeting agenda, meeting minutes and to‐do list, lessons learned
‐ Inbound & outbound parts
‐ Customer satisfaction evaluation form and report
‐ Order status
‐ Professional retrofit project management
‐ Other assigned task relevant outcomes.
General Requirements 1. Provide qualified candidates in 5 – 10 working days after getting request. 2. Maintain stability of outsourced engineer on one project. 3. Before the outsourced engineer leaves the position, vendor should fulfil below requirements:o Replacement should be organized by vendor.
o Qualified successor should be on board within 5 working days.
o Hand over period should be 5 – 10 working days.
o During hand over period, vendor can only charge the cost for one engineer.
4. If the candidate needs to test or operates the hybrid and electric vehicles according to project requirement, the candidate must be qualified and should have high voltage certificate or attend Daimler HV training before providing service. The certificate or training cost shall be borne by supplier. KPI 1. Ensure project status are transparent to project leaders. 2. Regular meetings set up for project status. 3. Tasks/projects should be finished as per required timeline. 4. Testing activities setup and relevant documentation are done according to Daimler RD’s requirements. 5. Conduct work summary report on monthly basis. Content Content Junior Level Working experience up to 4 years;With the know‐how of the required function, capable of supporting
project teams. General Level Working experience 4 to 8 years;4+ years’ experience in coordinating projects, with the know‐how of the
required function in vehicle industry. Senior Level Working experience from 9 years (incl. 9 years); 4+ years with demonstrated knowledge/experience in project delivery.With the know‐how of R&D function in vehicle industry.
Project Manager Working experience from 9 years (incl. 9 years); 4+ years of project management experience. Extensive knowledge of R&D function in vehicle industry. Travelling Vendor visit, business trip for projects, testing trip, etc? Travel cost requirement
In principle, the travel plan of the Supplier or other staff employed by the Supplier shall require the prior written consent of the Purchaser. In principle, no international travel is allowed. All travel expensed will be paid upon actual spending. 1. Travel Cost‐ By Air: As a rule, Economy Class. The Supplier shall ensure the favorable price, and the price
cannot exceed the internal travel standard of the Purchaser (at least 20% off). In case that the discount of the favorable price is less than 20% off, it should get the written confirmation of the Purchaser previously.‐ By Train: Generally, 2nd Class.
2. Accommodation Cost‐ As a general rule: accommodation in standard rooms.
‐ The cost cannot exceed the internal accommodation standard of the Purchaser.
Further Notes: The Supplier undertakes to show travel expenses in as transparent a form as possible, to ensure that they are readily comprehensible. If necessary, the Supplier shall provide original and photocopy of invoice/receipt for reimbursement. TimelineContract timeline from December 1st 2018 to November 30th 2021
