Problem Solving – Indicate the nature of problems regularly encountered and the complexity of the solutions. Independence of Action and Accountability – Indicate the general degree of independence which may range from closely monitored to setting direction. Budget Responsibility – Indicate degree of financial accountability. Include actual amount of operating budget and/or cost savings. Include net sales plan responsibility, if applicable. Drive agencies to develop digital strategies, plans and programs to reflect brand needs, digital industry trend and consumer insight / behavior evolvement Drive digital marketing projects, synchronized efforts with internal and external stakeholder to contribute to overall success: Competitive edge/eco-system within 3 key digital networks (BAT) Relevant and dominant brand / product ibuzz, especially in integrated social platforms Elevating of brand engagement among younger digitalized consumers Integration between online and offline activities, especially for new user recruitment Optimized media buying under multi-screen environment Effective brand search Partnership with E-commerce team from content and calendaring synergy to maximize overall business return Continuous online tracking, analytic and reports for business insight
