ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the Quality engineering and QC section
+ Recruit, develop, and maintain the product quality to meet department and individual KPI
+ Establish product and mfg line quality process management change control , setup, monitor and verify results
+ Establish Automotive control
+ Recruit, develop, and maintain the product quality to meet department and individual KPI
+ Ensure full control on Process Management Changes in relation to new product introduction, equipment & change kit, Process changes , materials set /component and methodology.
+ Establish Automotive control
+ Responsible for gating control on customer email instruction and implementation
+ Applies extensive management expertise, engineering knowledge, hand on experience and Quality tools for continuous quality improvement program
+ Responsible for gating with PPD group to review , accept and support new product, processes and equipments for release and introduction to production
+ Required professional interfacing working with customers
+ Build sheet review and approval
+ Recruiting, developing, and maintaining a qualified and motivated QE/QC staff
+ Providing leadership in cross-functional team to implement Quality system and improvement, conduct failure investigation and implement product/process improvement
+ Close Work with QC/Production/PE/Product engr to drive for continuous quality improvement
+ Review customer specifications and implement standard and special requirements
+ Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
Requirements:
+ University graduate in engineering field
+ With knowledge and training on quality management system
+ At least eight (8) years with Quality and or Process experience in high volume electronic manufacturing environment preferably semiconductor assembly
+ National or ASQ certificate in QE/QM, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
+ Semiconductor package: QFN, QFP, FPBGA,
+ Semiconductor processes: wafer, assembly or packaging, electrical testing, reliability and FA
+ JEDEC standards, ISO/TS standards, Non-destructive test techniques
+ Must have good knowledge of SPC, FMEA and of its implementation
+ Familiar with various quality management systems standards
+ Strong adaptive capacity
+ A committed professional and leader with strong process engineering background
+ Fluent in spoken & written English for dealing with customer or other external parties
+ Computer literate, familiar with MS Window, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
+ Presentation skills
+ Familiar with typical customer requirements to include FMEA, Control plans, sampling plans, acceptance criteria and improvement programs, 3D and 8D
