ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

A leading foreign company provide Audio product
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Dongguan, Guangdong, China

Reporting to:
China Office Manager
Travelling:
Extensively traveling within South & North of China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Take over defined projects from German headquarters
+ Discuss all details with German colleagues to ensure the idea of the project in all details
+ Choose the right supplier to run the project in time and with the defined quality
+ Check the practicability of the product concept with R&D and suppliers
+ Prepare required specification together with R&D China.
+ Do all communication with chosen supplier
+ Get all necessary documents from Germany as manuals, artworks etc
+ Setup a project schedule and update it weekly
+ Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
+ Supports QC-team during PPs and MPs
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in electronics or acoustic engineering
+ Minimum 4-5 years project coordination experience
+ Minimum 5 years field experience on AV products
+ Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
+ Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
+ Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
+ Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper
+ Management, clients, and other departments
+ Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
+ R&D background would be prefered but without OK as well
+ Minimum 5 years field experience on AV products
+ Good team work spirit, creative, and self-motivated
+ Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and oral)
+ Creative, pro-active and hands-on working mentality
+ Meticulous and eye-for-details
+ Continuously improvement oriented
+ Loyal
+ Willing to live and work in Dongguan/Tangxia
+ Willing to travel within China
+ Good command of English
