Communication Strategy Development and Implementation 沟通战略的制定和执行
Assists HR Manager to define, recommend and implement employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company’s business objectives, in order to sustain company’s culture and enhance employees’ engagement
协助人力资源经理，结合公司的业务目标，定义，推荐和执行员工沟通的战略，规划，政策和准则，维护公司文化，提高员工参与度
Communication Channel Establishment沟通渠道
Build and maintains effective communication channels between management & employees
在管理层和员工之间建立和维护有效的沟通渠道
Responsible for communicate the company culture, business information , development trends, big change and etc. with employee；负责公司企业文化、营运信息、发展动态、重大变革等对员工的信息传递；
Employee Survey员工调查

Responsible for Global Employee Survey, support department manager to promote employee engagement continuously improvement;负责全球员工调查，协助部门经理推动员工敬业度的持续提升和改善；
Employee Events员工活动
Responsible for implement the ADIENT culture, value and mission into the company； 负责公司文化、价值观、使命等的传播和推广；
Supports team building events and promotes company’s culture
支持团队建设活动，提倡公司文化
Promote and spread the employee activities demonstrating the enterprise culture and enterprise core value through the cooperation with labor union.与工会积极配合，倡导和推广体现企业文化和企业核心价值观的员工活动。

? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历，视觉传达、影视、编剧、文学类相关专业优先
? 3 years work experience in HR/EC related function, ideally in manufacturing environment,
automotive industry experience preferred.
在人力资源/员工沟通相关领域有3年以上的工作经验，制造行业和汽车行业优先
? Employee communication tools and system员工沟通系统
? Event planning and organization活动计划和组织
? Effective influence and communication skill良好的影响和沟通技巧
? Good computer skill 良好的计算机应用能力
