职位描述

1. Achieve brand site, bank, retail.com ,wechat channels net sales and profit.

2. Manage plans and execution of non-brand store in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.

3. Control and manage the related marketing agencies including creative, social, search agencies to create consumer engagement marketing programs especially campaign building ,page productions. etc.

4. Keep alignment with brand team to keep brand image and equity.

Business Analysis & Reporting:

1. Analysis of sales, site performance, CRM campaigns and marketing programs

2. Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, email database growth and behavior, marketing programs

Marketing & Operation:

1. Constantly improve site usability together creative agency and search agency.

2. Direct and implement regular merchandising event to generate more traffic and sales

3. Responsible for keeping track and discuss and align with Brand team to update monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to business partners and agencies.

4. Create reports to analyze marketing results

5. Track and analyze competition in relative platform

CRM and Database Marketing:

1 track and optimize eCRM communications plans for site performance growth, retention & conversion.

2 Provide creative brief on CRM communication objectives, look and feel project timeline

任职条件

• Manage brand site, Bank, retail.com, Wechat channels operation and grow brand business in multiple platform. Work closely with business partners and multiple internal business functions including Brand marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance and SAP team.

• Manage consumer engagement marketing programs for all Ecommerce Sites including T-mall and Non-T mall channels, with regard to products launch in Ecommerce channel, CRMs, consumer engagement strategy (digital&Social) and special merchandising programs. Develop new content, e.g. competitions, special events, etc.
