作为学生住宿及行政经理，你将负责学生的住宿管理，学生来华签证协助以及学校日常的行政工作和学生服务，详细包括：
- 招募、管理及维护外国学生在上海的寄宿家庭，确保学校拥有稳定、高质量且符合EF学校标准的寄宿家庭；
- 物色符合EF标准的学生宿舍，并负责学生宿舍的管理工作；
- 与EF国外招生办公室员工共同协助国外学生办理来华的签证工作；
- 国外学生抵达和离开中国的机场接送机服务；
- 学校日常行政工作；
- 其他校内学生服务工作
Job description:
As an Accommodations and admin manager, you will be responsible for:
- Recruit and manage Chinese host families, and make sure we have a stable host families that are up to EF standard;
- Manage student residence;
- Together with our EF enrolment offices around the world, assist students with their visa application;
- Arrange airport transfer for students arriving and leaving China;
- Daily administrative routine in school;
- General student service.

- Good English proficiency.
