任职要求：

1，大学本科，年龄28-38岁

2，5年以上相关工程工作经验，并有2年工程管理经验

3，工科学位，机械，暖通，空调，结构或电气工程专业，能够看懂常规英文文件

4，熟悉现场管理，了解供应商的管理及控制

5，良好的沟通能力，能够承担压力并有良好的团队合作能力

岗位职责：

1，制定并申报设备设施各项计划，完成必要的预算

2，调研，完善，控制，管理供应商服务

3，控制工程维修过程的质量，记录过程资料，完成单项总结并提交报告

4，管理日常基础设施更新改造任务，确保可能导致设备事故的事件不要发生，无客户投诉

5，为工程员工提供必要的培训，使该团队能够持续改进

6，帮助工程部主管，经理等解决一些专业技能问题，对一些重要工程项目等提供必要的支持

7，协助完成工程内部的一些数据统计，分析，报表的提供，汇总等工作
