Staffing /Budget Planning 人力招聘计划 / 预算规划
Set up recruiting plan according to staffing plan every quarter.
每季度根据人力配置计划制定人力招聘及到岗计划。
Make annual recruiting expanse budget and review every quarter.(including hunters, advisement, internet, campus recruiting, etc. )
制订年度招聘费用预算,并进行季度回顾。(包括猎头、招聘广告,网络招聘,校园招聘等)
Recruitment Operations招聘工作
To implement recruiting work efficiently according to recruiting plan to fulfill the workforce requirement and
根据招聘计划高效开展招聘工作满足企业人力招聘需求,并达成招聘周期的目标。
Publish and refresh recruiting information on diverse channels in time according to recruiting requirements. And operate recruitment through different kinds of channels, like local recruitment fair, hunter, internet.
定期在多个招聘渠道发布招聘广告信息并即时维护和更新招聘信息。并通过多个渠道进行人才招聘。(如:招聘会,猎头,网络等)
Participate in interview and appraise on candidates to provide offer references. And coach the employ dept to carry on interview and provide consulting to employing dept.
参与面试并评价候选人表现以作为最终录用参考,同时指导用人部门进行面试工作并为用人部门提供招聘咨询服务。
Design and continually improve recruiting skills and test.
设计并改善面试技巧以及面试题库。
Train the function managers and supervisors termly to develop their recruiting concept and selecting skills.
定期培训经理及主管人才配置理念以及招聘技巧,提升部门面试人的专业技巧。
Ensure that all recruitment activities are in compliance with policies and profit plan;
确保所有招聘活动符合政策法规和利润计划
Works with hiring managers and C&B colleagues to prepare offer proposals and ensures all necessary pre-employment paperwork and documents are completed

University cooperation and branding construction校企合作及雇主品牌建设
Coordinates various university programs, e.g. campus recruitment, summer intern and scholarship sponsorship, etc., to both meet the recruitment needs and strengthen the employer brand

Maintain a professional staffing representative image during daily staffing working. Generalize the corporation culture and staffing concept through different kinds of staffing activates to enhance corporation reputation and branding.
在日常社会招聘活动中保持良好的企业招聘代表形象,并在各类招聘活动中推广企业文化及用人理念提升企业形象,并推广雇主品牌。
Recruitment channel exploit and vendor management招聘渠道开发及供应商管理
Exploit recruiting channels and vendors besides the existing vendors, like new recruiting internet, hunters, campus recruiting vendors, evaluation testing vendors. Selecting the effective vendors and manage their performance to develop the general recruiting efficiency meanwhile reduce recruiting cost.
根据多样的招聘在现有招聘渠道基础上开发新的招聘渠道以及供应商,如异地招聘渠道,招聘网站、猎头公司、校园解决方案提供商、评估机构等。同时选择优秀且有效的供应商,管理和发展其绩效,全面提高招聘效率,推广企业品牌和降低成本

Drives or participates in other Staffing related projects, e.g. Standard Org Chart and JD, Succession Planning, Standard Staffing Model etc.

Improves Staffing competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

任职资格:
Education 教育 Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历,人力资源、管理学或相关专业优先。
Job experience 工作经验 ? 1-2 years work experience in HR related functions, experience in manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry preferred.
在人力资源相关领域1-2年工作经验,需具备制造型企业经验,汽车行业优先
Professional knowledge/skills
专业知识/技能 ? State/Local labor laws & regulations 国家/地方劳动法
? Computer operations, e.g. MS Office 良好Office软件使用技巧
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills 优秀沟通技巧
