职位描述：
1、负责原材料、在制品、产成品的收、发、存核算。
2、每月出具存货报表并与仓库核对，做到账账、账实相符，定期参与仓库盘点工作。
3、负责与生产相关物料领用的归集、分摊和制单，按月准确计提折旧费用，定期参与固定资产的盘点工作。
4、负责准确核算半成品、产成品成本；配合美国总部完成定期的系统成本更新工作。
5、 负责成本核算相关转账凭证制作，每月对成本与存货模块、固定资产、在建工程、长期待摊费用与总账模块的核对；成本分析表的编制；保证每月顺利结账。
6、 负责监控生产物料的流程、人员配置、能源消耗、低值易耗品等，并提出合理有效建议；
7、协助主管完成日常事务性工作，提供内外审计所需的相关成本资料。
8、能用英文与美国总公司进行简单沟通。
9、负责存货入库成本、销售成本对比分析、标准成本差异分析、存货跌价准备分析。
10、应管理层决策需求，能够及时提供有关成本信息。
11、参与财务部门凭证装订工作，配合完成各类相关会计档案的整理、保管、存放工作。
任职要求：
1、 3年以上会计经验且至少1年半以上行业成本核算经验；有外资企业工作经验优先；
2、 财务相关专业专科以上学历；
3、 须持会计从业资格证，具备初级会计师职称者优先；
4、 熟悉国家会计准则以及相关的财税法规、政策；
5、 具备较强的财务核算、财务管理、财务分析、财务预测等会计基础；
6、 较强的学习能力和独立工作能力；注重团队协作，能承受较大工作压力；
7、 良好的口头及书面表达能力；
8、熟练使用SAP应用财务软件和办公软件；
9、相当于大学英语6级水平。
1. Responsible for accounting for raw materials, production and finished goods.
2. The monthly issue of inventory statements and verification with the warehouse, to insure accounts are accurate. Regularly participate in warehouse inventory work.
3. Responsible for the production accounting of materials related to the manufacturing and assembly system, the monthly accounting of additional overhead charges, regular oversight of the fixed assets related to inventory and manufacturing operations.
4. Responsible for the accurate accounting of semi-finished products, finished product costs; coordinate with the Corporate headquarters to complete the regular cost rollup and standard cost update work.
5. Responsible for the cost accounting related to the production vouchers, the monthly cost and inventory module, fixed assets, construction in progress, long-term deferred expenses and general ledger account reconciliation; cost analysis preparation;
6. Responsible for monitoring the production process of materials, staffing, energy consumption, low value consumables, etc., and put forward reasonable and effective recommendations;
7. To assist the competent to complete the daily affairs of the work, to provide internal and external audit required cost data.
8. Able to communicate with the Corporate office in both oral and written English.
9. Responsible for inventory storage costs, cost of sales comparative analysis, the standard cost variance analysis, and the inventory obsolescence reserve analysis.
10. Should have management decision-making skills, to provide timely information on the product cost and margins.
11. Prepare and participate in the financial department certificate binding work, with the completion of various types of accounting records related to the preservation and storage of accounting documents.
Requests：
1. Over 3 years of accounting experience and at least 1 1/2 more of industry cost accounting experience; foreign-funded enterprises work experience is preferred;
2. Financial related professional college or higher;
3. Must hold accounting qualification certificate, with accountant title is preferred;
4. Familiar with the national accounting standards and related tax laws and regulations, policies;
5. With strong financial accounting, financial management, financial analysis, financial forecast and other accounting experience;
6. Strong learning ability and independent work ability; focus on teamwork, can withstand a high level of work pressure;
7. Good oral and written skills; able to communicate both in oral and written English language.
