1. Data Maintenance Management:
Customer
* Review SF11 (Customer Maintenance Form) completeness(include creation, modification, extension, block and delete etc.); coordinate with the Business Unit for missing information; and complete SAP system maintenance. Update the local information in the system.
* Enforce all Customer Maintenance policy and procedure
Vendor
* Review Vendor Maintenance Form completeness(include creation, modification, extension, block and delete etc.); coordinate with the Business Unit for missing information; and complete SAP system maintenance.
* Enforce all vendor Maintenance policy and procedure
Material Maintenance/ Extension/ Discontinued
* Executes material extension on specific views in the system, ensuring proper approvals are completed before processing
* Perform views maintenance as needed.
* Obtain accurate material information for systems input and recognizes when data is not consistent with standard procedures
* Initiate resolution or escalate issue with appropriate departments.
* Provide team communication on any material information such as discontinued items, seasonal items, sale status update and etc.
* Enforce all Material Maintenance policy and procedure
Pricing/ Promotion/ Sales Deal Maintenance
* Execute Price, Promotion, and Sales Deal maintenance and changes in the system
* Enforce all Pricing Maintenance policy and procedure
Record and Report Management
* Maintain a complete and accurate record in the system.
* Ensure all data maintenance records are properly filed/ archived and in accordance to the record retention policy and procedure.
* Responsible for all master data realated reports
2. Key Performance Indicator/ Metrics/ Service Level Agreement/ Process Improvement Management:
* Shall ensure that set KPIs/ Metrics/ SLAs are met and reported on a timely manner.
* The Data Maintenance Associate I in alignment with his/her immediate manager is also responsible in carrying out identified key points to improve processes within the role.
3。Customer Relationship Management (Internal and External):
Account Management
* Build and maintain effective relationships with Customers and Business Managers/ Business Unit.
* Provide high degree of one-stop-shopping for Customers and Business Managers/ Business Unit by acting as the sole contact for a wide variety of Data Maintenance related issues
* Work with appropriate personnel to reach resolution, and respond with resolution in a timely manner while respecting the relationship between Customer and Business Manager.
Communication and Collaboration
* Closely coordinate with Customer, Business Manager, Business Unit, Order Management Associate, Accounts Receivable Accountant, and etc.
* Communicate in a positive manner with all groups to ensure positive win-win relationships.
* Proactively communicate service-related issue and address root cause analysis
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner and in accordance with standards and policy.
* Communicate across Order Fulfillment Process to ensure Customers’ needs are met
* Responsible for timely updates, reporting to customers, identifying issues, analyzing issue root causes and leading the resolution of those issues.
4. Internal/ External/ Sarbanes Oxley Audit Support:
* Provide support to Internal, External, and Sarbanes-Oxley audit and test.
* Provide relevant requirements and/or documents to carry out the audit on orders related transactions.
* Carry out and implement identify audit recommendation.
Requirements:
? Working knowledge on SAP modules/ transactions. Proficency on Pricing Maintenance, Material Maintenance, SAP standard reports is preferred.
? Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, and etc.)
? Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills, Relationship Management, Collaboration Skills, and Teamwork Skills
? Good at English skills
? Attention to Detail and Analytical
? Adaptive to Fast and Continuous Change
