ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
An internationally operating software company, who have developed an integrated, scalable and flexible Transportation Management System (TMS).
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China
Reporting to:
General Manager
Travelling:
About 10%
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Consulting for logistics and IT processes
+ Drafting feasibility studies and functional specifications, compiling management reports
+ (pre-)Sales support: helping account managers to prepare quotes, presenting products to customers, providing advice throughout the implementation stage
+ Screening the market continuously, evaluating collected data, presenting results to customers and inet
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ At least 5 years of professional experience in the logistics industry and IT sector
+ Skilled in methods used to model business processes as well as in presentation techniques
+ Experience in change management and managing customer processes, combined with your creativity, allow you to discover hidden optimization potential quickly and to find new, at times unorthodox, ways of solving problem
+ Fluency in English and Chinese
