ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
An internationally operating software company, who have developed an integrated, scalable and flexible Transportation Management System (TMS).
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Chengdu, Province, China
Reporting to:
General Manger
Travelling:
Frequently
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and support key accounts intensively and expand business consistently
+ Resolve complex customer requirements with the inet portfolio
+ Find new customers, including cold calls
+ Manage bid processes, answer RFI / RFP / RFQs, provide offers
+ Attend congresses, conferences and fairs, give lectures
+ Scan market continuously: find target groups, competitors and analysis trend
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ At least 5 years of experience in IT / Supply Chain Management / Transport Logistics
+ Expertise in IT sales, key accounts managing and consulting as well as communication and presentation skills is a must
+ Have engaging and convincing approach
+ Required language skills: Fluency in English and Chinese
