? Partner with the various Regional Functional leaders in the area of Sales, Finnance and HR to define and understand their various functional strategies and priorities
? Partner with the Global IS COEs in developing the regional functional strategy/roadmap
? Working with the Global IS COEs, governs the solutions being deployed in region to ensure consistency across the countries and with the Global Strategy
? Accountable for the end to end delivery and support of all Sales systems within the AEMEA region, this includes leading regional initiatives and participating in global initiatives to ensure systems deployed meet regional needs and is sustainable
? Lead and build a team of IS functional experts who deliver business value through their expertise
? Ensure high quality of support for existing systems across the AEMEA region
? Own the solution roadmap for commercial systems globally working with the various architecture and BE teams
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
1. ? Business Partnering. He/ She will be responsible for working with various functional leaders – Director level in the areas of Sales, Finance, and HR across all the countries in the AEMEA region in understanding business needs and translating them into technological requirements. Will work with various stakeholders in the development of business case and the prioritization thereof.
2. ? Business Solutioning. He/She will work with any combination of functional experts, solution center and IS staff to gain an understanding of business objectives, facilitate solutions, develop approaches and define deliverables required to implement complex business processes. During this process, expected to provide input on latest technological and business development trends.
3. ? Program Delivery and Management. He/ She will lead the on-site assessment and delivery of large cross functional projects with project managers. These projects will range from coordinating global systems deployment to leading cross functional teams in implementing systems into newly acquired companies and or Joint Ventures
4. ? Support and ongoing optimization. He/ She will lead a group of resources in region to ensure that all IS services in his/ her area of responsibility are optimized and issues are resolved as per SLA
Requirements:
1=Basic level of proficiency- Basic understanding of the subject matter and some applicable “hands-on experience in a specific environment”
2=Intermediate level of proficiency- “Hands on” more extensive experience in multiple or diverse environments”
3 = Advanced level of proficiency- Subject matter breadth and depth i.e. strategy development, monitors industry trends and directions and provides internal recommendations. Could serve as an internal consultant on the subject matter.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
? Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, or similar. Master’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
? Language:
English (Fluent), Chinese Mandarin (Fluent)
? Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial system design and implementation activities in a leadership role. Proven ability to lead and influence solutions in multiple functional or business process areas. Knowledge of business process improvement programs within the consumer-packaged goods industry or related field.
