职位描述：
一、 岗位职责： （1）熟悉现场各系统设备性能、维护要求，能制定合理的设备持续维护年度计划，并制定对应设备的维护标准，推进实施；

（2） 熟悉中央空调系统的操作和简单维护维修工作、会排除常见的低压电器；

（3） 编制、审查日常和每周、每月服务工作报告；

(4) 巡视检查，发现问题及时纠正；

二、 岗位要求:

1、 中专学历持有高低压电工证并有8年 以上相关经验；

2、 会使用常用电脑软件，能做设备故障分析报告、工作月报等；

3、 有商场工作经验者和二次装修相关工作经验者优先！ 举报 分享
