PRIMARY FUNCTION
? Assist in the facilitation of the core training modules including Basic trainings, Season trainings,
and various follow-up trainings.
? Participate in various developmental trainings and propose innovative ideas and concepts per
respective regions.
? Develop and improve the standard of artistry skills of all BB make-up artists.
? Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of the training initiatives.
? Identify training needs from Bobbi Make-up Artists to improve business performance
and customer service.
? Collaborate with Account Coordinators and Area Sales Manager to develop in-store trainings for
new products and provide support for theme days/counter events.
? Participate in Makeup events if necessary.
? Expected time spend in field is 80%.
? Work on any projects assigns by the Regional Director or Regional Education Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Beijing, Sanya, Haikou ( possible new cities e.g Shanghai, as assigned)
? Seasonal training updates and Basic trainings for artists & generic staff
? Keep track on each region’s trends and customer profile to develop and accommodate
training methods.
? Evaluate BB Makeup Artists on regular basis to prepare more effective trainings.
? Provide Event Make-up trainings to artists and assist in special projects and events.
? Provide link-selling skills for new and existing products to enhance sales performance.
? Monitor competitors’ new products to provide more updated comparison information.
? Provide selling tips and cultural differences per respective regions.
? Assist Regional Education Manager in certifying the Makeup artists per BB Accreditation guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
? Proven exceptional ability in make-up application
? Outstanding presentation skills; public speaking and instructional training.
? Good organization and customer service skills
? Able to understand retail business and market.
? Well groomed
? Willingness to travel
? Good command of English and preferably speaks Mandarin
