职位描述：
Key scope:
 
? Develops the Affiliate’s social/digital strategy, educates Brand teams and coaches them to develop and improve their Digital Marketing and Social Media programs
? Leads Affiliate governance oversight for local Influencer strategies across the Brands. Builds and maintains a database of digital influencers with ROI tracking for use by the Brands
? Has ownership of digital/social local market landscaping, competitive benchmarking, and social listening activities
? Manages overall local digital agency relationships and cost optimization of activities
? Support / lead smaller brands digital/social planning, content development and execution


Key competencies / capabilities:
 
? High learning agility, love to explore new things, dare to be a pioneer
? Solid operational social media and digital marketing experience with proven success (not only in digital media but also digital content creation)
? Exposure to community based marketing and e-commerce
? Strong analytical skills
? Strong communications and interpersonal skills
