Main responsibilities



· Acts as a bridge between the VC IT application development team and business

users to collect and analyze business requirements and make application

solutions.
· Supports business users in how to use and configure the application and

responsible for troubleshooting and problem diagnosis in case of an

incident.
· Performs quality control activities (eg. acceptance tests) to ensure

functional and performance objectives are met.
· Define configurations (for application, printers, shop floor equipment) and

perform user administration (create users accounts, grant authorisations).
· Resolve SAP issues and changes due to new business requirements.
· Documentation of the systems and implemented processes and training for end-

users.
· Assist in system and integration testing for project deployments




Academic Qualifications Required



· Bachelor or Master in computer science or application



Experience Required



· Good knowledge of logistic and manufacture production processes. And have

Automobile industry background is plus.
· Good knowledge and experience for supporting SAP ECC 6. Knowledge of at

least one of the following SAP modules (MM, WM, PP). At least 3 years SAP

support experience.
· Knowledge of some of the additional modules like SD, QM and FI/CO will be

preferred.
· Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications.
· Good knowledge with unix/linux, Oracle database.
· Basic knowledge and experience for project management.
· Able to work efficiently under high pressure. Able to work in project

organizations.
· Good oral/written English. Good interpersonal skills. Good team work spirit.
