Ensure that the operating units within the plant meet general requirements for cost accounting in accordance with Chinese GAAP.
确保工厂的成本核算与中国一般公认会计原则相符。

Main Tasks
Review and challenge the business to ensure that plant is operated in a cost effective manner and in accordance with the financial objectives.
检查及监督业务活动，保证工厂的运营成本控制有效，达到财务目标。
Work to enhance cost awareness and economic competence within the organisation.
在工作中推动成本意识，加强组织的获利能力。
Support the accounting process in order to ensure that plant meets general requirements for cost accounting in accordance with Chinese GAAP.
对会计结账提供支持，以保证成本会计系统符合中国会计准则。

Responsibility
Drive the process for Business Plan, Budget and Forecast for the operating units within the Company.
参与并推动公司的业务规划，预算及预测。
Secure quality and accuracy of financial reporting connected to daily plant operations.
保证与工厂日常运营相关的报告的及时性与准确性。
In cooperation with accountants, provide analysis of monthly results that is relevant to the plant operations.
与会计员工合作，提供工厂的月度运营分析报告。
Regularly analyse and follow up on activities related to financial objectives and headcount targets.
定期对财务目标及人头进行分析和跟踪。
Drive the business to meet and exceed plant financial objectives.
驱动业务发展，达到直至超过财务目标。

Qualifications
University degree and above, major of Finance.
财务会计类专业本科毕业
CPA holder preferred.
注册会计师优先
Good speaking and writing English.
英语读写良好
5+years working experience in manufacturing industry.
五年以上制造业工作经验
Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧
Familiar with ERP system
