职位描述：
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
1. Based on ISO 17025 & IATF 16949, assess partner lab capability to check the compliance between NIO requirements and Partner lab capability, involving lab quality system, documentation control, testers training, facility and environment, test methods, etc.
2. Based on ISO 17025 & IATF 16949, assess 3rd-Party lab capability to check the compliance between NIO requirements and 3rd-Party lab capability, involving lab quality system, documentation control, testers training, facility and environment, test methods, etc.

绩效标准 Performance standards
1. Establish partner & 3rd-Party lab accreditatissson requirements and procedure, ensure this procedure could be aligned with NIO relevant teams and could be accepted by NIO Partners.
2. Implement lab inspection & accreditation as requests.
