ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
> Regional sales target allocation and monitoring sales target achievement
+ To properly allocate sales target in the responsible region in accordance with the company overall sales target requirement on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
+ To manage the regional team that regional sales plan are properly implemented to reach regional sales target+ To assist with the head of sales to optimize sales plan and forecast reliability
> Brand relationship maintenance
+ To maintain an effective relationship with brand by regularly joint visiting dealers with area managers and brand in order to obtain support from the brand.
+ To participate the meeting organized or joint organized by brand and dealer, including annually/ quarterly regional conference and dealer events so as to keep market situation updated.
> Market situation feedback to company HQ and sales program solutions
+ To identifies market trends and competitor's situation, and then feedback these to company HQ as reliable resources for the related departments of policy establishment and tactics setting-up and operational instructions.
+ To dig developing opportunities for both current and new product and services, and then transfer them into a competitively business advantage.
+ To timely report dealer's request on services to HQ and work with sales coordinator to find out effective solutions to improve dealer's satisfaction.
+ Track the execution of the regional sales program in accordance with company policies and budgetary requirement
> Team Management
+ To lead and motivate sales team by coordinating diverse activities, to build an active team cooperation environment.
+ To monitor, evaluate, coach and develop team members, and report their performance/potentials to the Head of Sales.
+ To assign the working objectives of team members, evaluate the target achievement status, and then propose the reward plan.
+ To monitor team member's working plan &report with assurance of quality and timeliness.
+ To organize regional sales meeting and report meeting minutes to HQ regularly.
> Flexible Responsibilities
+ To perform any other duties required upon department head or top management's decision with reasonable diligence.
Requirements:
+ College or above education degree
+ Majoring in Finance is preferred
+ 5 years working experience in automotive industry, either at international manufacturer or dealer group in sales, after-sales or dealer development function
+ At least 3 years in Auto Finance Industry is highly preferred
+ Leadership management ability
+ Fluent in English
