职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

? Major contact window for Plant GR regarding inbound goods receipt.
? Empty return follow up and TO scheduling in Vista
? JIS flows recording on weekly level, fake TO creation and tracking table distribution to FM&TP.
? Plant level dock/slot planning responsible by using define slot planning tool.
? Lead carrier implementation, e.g. on-site visit, site map creation, safety instruction.
? Coordinate with SEL, Safety and plant MP&L team for truck safety regulation and in-house traffic management in Daqing plant.
? Carrier performances follow up. Act on deviation to maintain the service level.
? Support plant in transportation damage & claim process
? Conduct additional TMS training session to new plant users (GR and empty TO creation).
? Record low filling rate arrive trucks with the help of GR- compare with vista scheduling result and analyze root cause if discrepancies are identified.
Qualification:? Proven knowledge and experience of transportation handling, preferably from inbound logistics and/or freight forwarding processes.
? Automotive background preferred.
? Knowledge of carriers operations.
? An educational degree in logistics preferred.
? Good communication and coordination skills.
? Good teamwork
? Good English language skills
? Position is based on VCDQ plant
