职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Work closely with buyer and KU to lead SQM program activities in accordance with VPDS and other program requirements
2. Drive continuous improvements and resolution of systematic SQM process concerns
3. Provide Lessons Learned from previous programs
4. Drive the implementation of APQP/PPAP reporting for concerned suppliers
5. Drive the implementation of SEP process. Responsible for identify High Priority Suppliers
6. Provide site SQM with program timing requirements to ensure that SQM deliverables are met on time
7. Manage a limited numbers of Product commodities and interacts with multicultural internal SQM contacts as well as a global supplier base. Interacts with SQM management and program and quality management level at supplier base
8. Secure that VCC global supplier base fulfils quality and capacity requirements and utilizes APQP reporting while launching new products
9. Provide input to the Priority Supplier selection process and inform individual supplier of the actual nomination
10. Secures that the Program Status and the overall APQP/PPAP status for areas within the responsibility are communicated from the supplier base to the Development teams, SQM Management, Purchase and the Program Management
11. Drives and also coordinates the supplier as well as the site engineers to perform on site activities such as Team Evaluation and APQP/PPAP in a timely manner. Secure input for sourcing for quality evaluations for affected supplier/commodities
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or Above
2. Technical education or related
3. Proficiency in English, oral and written
4. Ability to solve problems in a structured manner
5. Ability to manage multiple items at the same time without losing focus or quality
6. Have a strong holistic view and high degree of courage, Integrity and business ethics
7. Feeling at home in an international and diverse environment
8. Have a strong drive, leadership and ability to proactively develop and interact with the supplier base and Site SQM Engineers
9. Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results
10. Ability to train and support suppliers as well as SQM Site Engineers with using and implementing required quality assurance tools
11. Very good communication (verbal and written) and social skills
12. Frequent travel is acceptable (40% as reference)
