Position: Field Based Account Manager – CPEC (China Pakistan Economic Corridor), based in Karachi, Pakistan
Our client Shell Pakistan Limited, which is a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell Plc and has been operating in South Asia region for over 100 years. Shell Pakistan Limited is the largest foreign investor in Pakistan’s oil marketing sector and is looking for someone to build business relationship with Chinese Companies operating in Pakistan. This role, Field Based Account Manager reports into Business Development Manager – Lubricants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win and secure large accounts through contracts
- Identify and customize value proposition for large gold/platinum prospects/customers
- Work closely with the respective Product & Planning teams on complex ideas/initiatives/contract negotiations
- Carry out the ground work to capitalize on projects and opportunities expected to come online in future
- Develop, update and implement Account Plans covering products, services packages, contracts, prices, credit terms and credit limits for key customers and prospects
Requirements:
- Qualification: Business Management/Engineering degree from a reputable institution - MBA preferred
- Experience required: 4 years of B2B sales
- Additional requirements: Fluency in Mandarin and English
