职位描述：
Main responsibilities
1. Participate in test project meetings occurring both at an early stage of test project and during the project implementation, to review and ensure the test quality and test timing agreed with the customer.
2. Contact with the customer/ liaison to go through the test object scope.
3. Receive the test purpose and the conditions for the test mission and ensure the correct understanding.
4. Configure, maintain, diagnose and sign off test vehicles for safe dynamometer testing
5. Conduct customized tests according to the test plan specified by the test engineer.
6. Collect and distribute quality assured measurement data.
7. Assess the quality of the data/results, give recommendations to design units.
8. Trouble shoot and do re-planning based on result/outcome.
9. Following up and reporting test status.
10. Design and create custom test fixtures and sensors for data acquisition equipment
11. Work with external test labs to coordinate successful dynamometer tests in cases where internal test capacity is exceeded
12. Participate installation and commissioning of new CD lab equipment.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Automobile Engineering or related
? Knowledge of national and EU regulations related to fuel consumption test for traditional vehicle and PHEV.
? Ability to read wiring schematics and instrument vehicles with driving robots/accelerometers/ sensors/etc., and operate data acquisition systems (such as CSM or IPetronik) for data collection
? Ability to operate and use diagnostic scan tools, scopes, meters, and other test equipment
? Ability to train others in the safe operation of vehicle dynamometers and test execution
? Experience with Dynamometer hardware and software from companies such as MAHA and St？hle
? Experience with MS office tools (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint), and Adobe products
? Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
? Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
? Work in a team-based environment to achieve common goals
? A minimum of 3 year of automotive experience in relevant area
? Experience with high-precision data acquisition and test equipment preferred
? Experience with EPA and ECE coastdown and dyno test procedures preferred
? Candidates must have the ability and willingness to travel domestically (Up to 25%)
? Good English skills both in written and spoken.
? Driving license, level C, good driving skills
Experience Required
A minimum of 3 year of automotive experience in relevant area is a preference
