Team Leader
Travelling:
About 60%
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-Face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Acquisition of new customers and dealers
+ Develop marketing plans, sales targets and application solutions, based on expanding market share with existing customers and acquire new customers
+ Arrange the completion of the company's sales targets
+ Keep good relationship with existing customers
+ Assistance package of sales channels and sales activities
+ Active support of dealers in all sales question and dealer development
+ Technical advice for customers / dealers
+ Maintain contact with key customers to establish a good working relationship
+ Analysis of competition and marked demand
+ Collect & analyze information about the market for new sales acquisition
+ Preparation of offers
+ Support of order processing
+ Preparation of fairs and demonstrations
+ Submit accurate and regular reports summarizing sales activities, customer relation issues and the sales pipeline status to an agreed format and frequency
+ Other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
+ Engineering degree with technical background
+ Degree related to paper/pulp plants
+ At least 3 years of relevant working experience within a sales focus
+ Working experience dealing within the paper industry, paper making, pulp making, processing
+ Relevant experience and technical understanding about papermaking process and related processes and machine + Outgoing and extroverted
+ Able to work independently
+ Willing to work for a trading company
+ Native chinese speaker
+ Good working knowledge in English
