Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
General Manager will be the Chief Executive in charge of the company's complete operations including sales, purchasing, quality, engineering, finance, HR, administration and production:
+ Manage and develop China operations, including direct reporting functions in production, commercial sales, quality (internal production and supplier quality), engineering, finance, HR, and Administration
+ Develop organization and grow domestic sales according to strategy defined by headquarters
+ Develop and maintain domestic clients
+ Develop, manage and control sourcing and purchasing operations including the trouble shooting in supply quality
+ Be responsible for annual budgeting and meet Key Performance Indicators set in coordination with headquarters
+ Ultimate responsibility for Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet of the China subsidiary
+ Manage, supervise and evaluate direct subordinates
+ Coach and develop key staff
+ Mediate between department managers
+ Function as effective interface between headquarters and China subsidiary by comprehensively and transparently communicating results and risks to both sides
+ Effectively manage external relations with government authorities, suppliers and clients

Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Knowledgable about business administration or related subject
+ Successful leadership of a comparable manufacturing company
+ At least 8 years experience within different functional areas
+ Practical experiences in selling goods in a business-to-business environment
+ Experience in market expansion and developing new markets and products
+ Experience in working for international companies
+ Exposure to commercial functions, finance, production organization, purchasing and sales
+ Proficient IT knowledge, particularly with respect to MS Word,Excel, and Outlook
+ Strong leadership and management skills
+ Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking and acting
+ Excellent customer orientation towards outside and inside
+ Good negotiating and communication skills
+ Cooperative leadership
+ Fluent in written and spoken English
+ Willing to work and live in Ningbo
