AREA OF ACTIVITY
? Answer and transfer phone calls
? Mails and Expresses distracted and delivery
? Daily office maintenance (Including North and Central offices)
? Assist in booking air tickets and accommodation (Regional)
? Assist in booking conference calls and meeting rooms
? Assist in ordering chops and business cards (Regional)
? On-board preparation and check-out coordination
? Update services agreements and business contract
? Cubicle tracking and seat map update
? Monthly admin payment
? Monthly express report and contact list
? Office purchasing (Including North and Central offices)
? Liaise with and manage the service vendors
? Update and improve admin policy if necessary
? Assist in Ad hoc projects (local & regional) assigned by management

REQUIRED PROFILE
