职位描述：
IT Plant Manager: Polestar Chengdu

Business structure:
The role reports directly to the Polestar Plant Manager and the Polestar Head of IT Chinese Operations (temporarily to the Polestar CIO, whilst the Head of IT position is empty).

Purpose:
Responsible for the ongoing IT delivery of onsite services and functionality to maintain the Plants operational delivery and ongoing future delivery.

Main tasks / Responsibilities:
Supports the initial implementation and then the ongoing running of the IT solutions to support the Chengdu Plant
? Provide the onsite IT Service to the Plant, acting as the subject matter expert to support the Plant’s operation.
? Full Responsibility for the Infrastructure and the Applications supporting the Plant, with the support of the Manufacturing Centre of Excellence (CoE)
? Where necessary, manage the day-to-day running of multiple activities and projects through their entire lifecycle, including the management of issue and risk resolution, change control and inter-project dependencies across the portfolio where appropriate.
? Maintain a clear view of the performance of current operational systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement within the CoE, including appropriate Supplier Management and outsourcing management
? Manage the resolution of problems resulting from performance issues and / or customer feedback, acting as an escalation point and Major Incident Manager if required
? Ensure end to end Incident and Problem resolution processes are in place and fit for purpose to support the Plant
? Establish and maintain a management review process to ensure all operational issues are being identified and stakeholders are informed of improvement progress
? Daily management of onsite IT department, including the delivery and performance management of the IT Employees , cost and budget management
? Participate and support in the PSCD Setup Project and actively prepare for maintenance handover to the Support and Maintenance organisation

Competence Requirements:
? Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Computer Application.
? Good Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Network\Server\Database\IT service).
? Good Knowledge of Applications (Production Control\MP&L\Quality).
? Good management skills and communication at all levels.
? Good Knowledge of Project Management.
? Know about the management process in Vehicle Manufacture. Worked and delivered leadership responsibilities within the IT department of a Manufacture company.
? Good oral/written English.
? Good interpersonal skills.
