职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责

?Manage and control part maturity level (by APQP & PPAP & Problems solving) of E/E part, e.g ECU parts, Combination Meter, Multimedia system, etc.
管理和控制电子电气零件的成熟度（通过APQP以及PPAP和Problems solving），如ECU、组合仪表、多媒体系统等
?Supplier production process assessment, action follow up and process capability improvement.
供应商生产过程评估，措施跟踪和过程能力改进
?Coordinate with supplier, development, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing;
协调供应商，研发，采购，物流，制造
?Report to quality manager regularly and escalate critical topics if necessary.
定期向质量经理汇报，必要时升级关键主题

QUALIFICATION任职资格

? BS or above of electronic engineering or any other related technical disciplines.
电子工程及相关专业本科及以上学历
? At least 5 years working experience, and at least 3 years of experience as production or process Engineer for relevant products or

other commodities,
至少5年工作经验，至少3年的相关产品或工艺工程师经验。
? Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management, TS16949 etc.
理解质量管理标准及程序，包括TQM, TS 16949 等。
? Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, PPAP 等。
精通质量工具，如SPC, DOE, FMEA, PPAP 等。
? Self Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency.
自我激励，以客户的关注焦点为导向
? Strong project management skills, time management skills, influencing and communication skills are required.
有较强的项目管理能力，时间管理能力，沟通能力。
? Be able to read blue print.
能够读懂图纸
? Good computer skill, and sound presentation skills at all levels.
有良好的计算机能力和面对各个层级的人员的演讲能力
? Good English skills (oral & writing communications).
