职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

Order Management
? Place pre-series and production orders
? Place tooling and lump sum orders
? Update prices due to technical or commercial changes
? End of Production Management (EOP)
Change Management
? Negotiate cost and lead time for technical changes connected to the Volvo Part Concern process (VPC)
? Manage SRICA/SREA
Constraints
? Manage current contraints and work to prevent possible future constraints
Risk Management
? Conduct risk assessment
? Mitigate and control risk
Quality Issues
? Negotiate Regress/Warranty issues
Supplier Issues
? Establish action plans on part-specific or systematic supplier issues in running business.
? Claim Management
? Raw Material
Capacity Management
? Negotiate cost and lead time connected to Capacity Increase Request (CIR)
? Ensure installed capacity to meet global supply and flexibility
? Support and resolve Vehicle off Road (VOR)
Global Sub Council
? Participate in Global Sub Council according to DM Global Governance Book
? Lead meeting if assigned lead for Global Sub Council
Qualification:
? Engineering/Commercial background with bachelor/master degree. Prefer Male.
? 3~5 years working experience in auto industry is prefered.
? Good knowledge about auto components, focus on switch area, and partial EDS parts.
? Very familiar with auto component supply base.
? Good understanding about cost structure and good at cost analysis.
? Good knowledge for capacity arrangement and supply chain.
? Have sense for risk management.
? Working independently with pressure, good English skills.
? Strong negotiation skill ,good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality, cross culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability.
